Product Description of Air Cooler
   The ZY series of air coolers use the evaporating cooling pad as medium which is our company’s specialized production. A kind of high rated hydroscopic cellulose brown paper as raw material is introduced in producing the evaporative cooling pad, as well as the corrugating technology, which ensure the advantages in anticorrosion, hydroscopicity, strength and service life etc. Its working principle is the natural phenomenon of water evaporation absorbing heat. Water under gravity develops top-down flow, forming water film on the cooling pad’s corrugated surface. At the same time, centrifugal fan’s operation make air convection. When the flowing air passes through the wet cooling pad, the water film will absorb heat in the air after evaporation, bringing out the effect of ventilation, humidification, temperature decrease.
